1) Your market reach: You need to reach as many people in the market as possible that are interested in buying a house such as yours. This entails choosing the correct marketing channel mix and having a great ad.

2) You need to present your house in such a way that people can &quot;see their dream&quot;. I know that sounds lame but it is the simple truth. Staging can be a good idea.

3) You need to carefully select a realistic price range and aim for the top end of it.</description>
