Good tips. Also have a Real Estate company as well, so naturally, we do some apartment/condo work as well. I would always recommend paying close attention to service as well. Once you get into your unit, you’ll make of it what you make of it, but there’s no substitute for great service, speedy work orders, and friendly faces.
